It also appears that a Swedish release date has been set for 3 December 2010 so things appear to have turned around and we are now looking at a 2010 release in select European markets.

This shot does look like the opening per the script that was out a long time ago. Doesn’t sound like they included one of the first parts of the novel, where Chenault watches Kemp & his typewriter have a horrific but hilarious encounter with an old man on the plane to PR.
