The Rum Diary marks the second collaboration of Robinson and Young after Jennifer Eight. The movie is set to be released in 2010 and tells the story of Paul Kemp (Depp), a freelance journalist who finds himself at a critical turning point in his life while writing for a run-down newspaper in the Caribbean.”
